Overload Sensor Operation Process

Assemble the device to ensure the correct connection to the power, while the sensor suffers from the force. The display will show corresponding tips.

While the load reaches 90%, the display has beeping sound, relative light flashing.

While the load reaches 100%, "Full load" light flashing.

While the load reaches 105%, "Overloading contact" lasts 3 seconds then cut off. The system stop operation.

While the load below 100%, "Overloading contact" connect again. The system can operate normally.

 

Overload Sensor System adjustment

Zero sets (tare weight) ensure cage empty. After the cage lifts 1 meter, then press the "Zero sets" button. indicator. The indicator will show "0.00". Notice: Within 30 seconds didn't press the "Confirm" button, the system will exit change to adjust the statue; To ensure accuracy zero setting, please keep the cage as prohibited.

Before adjusting the gain please keep the cage loaded with more than 50% load. After the cage lifts 1 meter, press the "gain" button. When the "gain" light on, press "↑" and "↓" button. Let the indicator shown value the same as the percentage of the actual load corresponding to the actual load (full load 100%), then press the "Confirm" button. The system will exit the adjusted model. 

Notice: Within 30 seconds didn't press the "Confirm" button, the system will exit change to adjust the statue; For ensure accuracy zero setting, please keep the cage as prohibited.

 

The overload test

 Press "Confirm" button 7 times within 10 seconds, the indicator will show 104. At this time just need to add a few loading, the system will reach an alarm statue. You can see if the alarm system is working normally or not. Press the "Back" button, and test finished. 

Notice: Within 30 seconds didn't press the "Back" button, the system will back adjust the statue.

The rated load is usually marked at the prominent position of the lift and there is no automatic overload protection control system for the lift. The automatic control system of overload protection is also imperfect. At present, the intelligent control of overload protection in the electronic control system of the elevator has a very good practical value in eliminating the illegal behavior of lift operators and standardizing the behavior and habits of production operations.

 

Why need construction hoist overload protection?

Installation weight overload detection is based on the original structure of the lift. Install a pressure sensor at the end of the cable on the fixed side of the lift car. Install a pressure sensor here to directly sense the weight of the lift. Installation is more convenient, just make a rope head plate. Because the steel wire traction method of the lift lifting chamber is that one end of the lift chamber is fixed on the beam of the lift machine room with the steel wire rope, and the other end is fixed on the beam of the cargo ladder machine room through the jacking wheel of the lift chamber. Then the steel wire rope is fixed on the beam of the cargo ladder machine room through the lead wheel of the main engine and the rope wheel of the cargo ladder counterweight.

Besides, once the weight of the lift exceeds the fire protection function of the lift, the emergency start-up system of the lift is terminated and the emergency shutdown function of the lift cannot be put into operation in case of power failure. If the ladder is overweight, the overload alarm clock will reset automatically. If the lift is to carry out an overload test, the overload protection function can be turned off by the command switch. The overload protection system can be easily extracted from the lift control system.
